We wll make every effort to ship the same day we receive your order -- we'd prefer to underpromise and overdeliver.
Orders that are payment approved and pass order verification by 12 noon Phoenix, Arizona time are generally processed and shipped on the same day.
The exception here is: if we can't ship your order immediately due to incomplete order verification, we won't be able to offer a delayed shipping refund.
For reliability and consistency, UPS Second Day Air is used for shipments for a flat $15 fee. Shipments over $250 have free shipping.
