# I need a product you don't have.  Can I buy it from you?

Possibly! We're relatively new on the scene so you'll notice that our product selection may be more limited. Dozens of additional products are being evaluated to include in our product portfolio.

As quality is our primary focus, new products can take several months or more to be evaluated. Why is that?

1. Raw ingredients have to be acquired and tested.
2. Research and development to define the filling, lyophilization (freeze drying), and finishing process is complex, taking 4 to 6 weeks to define a production recipe that ensures stability, consistency, sterility and a product free of biotoxins.
3. The production batch kicks off and is usually finished in 10-14 days.
4. Finished product tested by an analytical lab partner. This takes 15-20 days. A failures in any of these steps means the entire batch is rejected and process starts over again.

Raw ingredients we acquire from API manufacturers. We also buy peptides from established labs that conform to GMP standards or are GMP-certified.
