# How do Zelle payments work?

Zelle is a great option because of convenience and speed. And we provide cashback on every Zelle purchase that discounts your current order.

Here's how it works:

Checkout normally.

Choose "Pay with Zelle"

You will be presented with the Zelle payment information immediately after submitting the order for payment.

When you send the Zelle payment, our finance team will receive a confirmation email after it is received from our bank, and we'll manually update your order as payment received.

**_Really important_** -> From the time you send the payment to the time we get the notificaton & update your order may take 1-2 hours.

If you have any questions or concerns about Zelle as a payment method

* Ask for a human in the website chat
* Email us at: hello@peptidology.co
* Call or text 1-480-974-4660 (M-F 9am-5pm Phoenix, AZ Time)

Only one message is needed as everything you send us goes to the same place :)
