# Do you accept returns?

We do! Our full return policy is [here](https://peptidology.co/return-policy/). Summary is below.

Peptidology accepts returns of unused, undamaged products up to 60 days after the order is placed.

To facilitate a return simply ask for either through this chat, email or by calling our office at 480-974-4660.

Recommend returning using a trackable service to send product back to us and if the original shipping container is not available using a bubble envelope to secure the items.

We'll provide the specific instructions on returning your products once you've made the request.

Exceptions can be made to this policy on a case by case basis. Please contact us with your specific situation.
